One of my favorite Yahoo! groups is The Latest Trends in Mixed Media Arts.  This month there is an art doll challenge.  I sat down yesterday, in the midst of the Super Bowl madness, and designed two dolls.  One is done and the other is drying still. 

The challenge goes like this – Create an art doll using fabric or paper..she/he can be any size from an ATP or larger.  So, here is my art doll number one.

This particular doll was made with fabric yo-yos made by my mother. She made a ton of these for something and I have a zippie bag full of them. I sewed on eyes – which are hard to see because the hair – with blue embroidery floss. The hair is yarn.
