Long Runs

I keep thinking I want to do my long runs on trails. Then, I take a good look at where I run and think these are basically trails. Last week’s long run was supposed to be 14 miles. I got sick – trying a new energy gel which is part of what long runs are for, trying new things – so only got in about 11  miles. Here are the photos from the run with information and distance in the captions. Realize only the last photo – which would be the first and last 0.35 miles of the run – have a line painted on the road.
