Yes, Valentine’s Day is still almost a week away.  Unfortunately, next weekend is not a possibility for the high school dance as it is the start of a week’s vacation.  My kids have the week of February 18th off from school.  This is a whole other topic soon to come up here as I work from home and find it hard to deal with clients with Guitar Hero going full blast anywhere in the house.

Anyway, last night Son went to spend the night at his dad’s as his father is transporting him to and from some other pretty important events – diving practice as sectional competition is on February 15th and regional Science Olympiad competition which was at Binghamton University today.  Home he came for a  quick conversation with his swim coach and a shower.  Then, it was off to dinner and the dance.  Hopefully, there will be pics of him and his girlfriend and the group later but below is his picture.
