The Love in Bloom series is one that keeps me coming back to read more. I want to know about each and every person in this series. I’m hit and miss, reading one here and there in each of the family lines. I keep it all straight with the family tree that Melissa Foster has created on her website. That being said, all of these books, Surrender My Love included, make great stand alone reads.

Cole is a very lovable person so to see him moving from his medical practice to a personal life really moved me. I have a friend whose husband is a doctor and the struggle to have a family and personal life with a doctor’s hours is real. I’ve watched it in person. Foster does a great job putting the struggle into print.

Leesa is close to the perfect match for Cole. Only her past might come between the two of them. She needs to come to terms with what her life is now. Some major decisions are coming in her life and she may not even know the questions as she heads into a decision about where her life will lead her.

I highly recommend picking up Surrender My Love. When you finish that, you may fall in love with the family and Peaceful Harbor as I have and pick up the rest of the series.
