I admit, I am not the one who decorates instead of shopping on the day after Thanksgiving.  I do have an artificial tree but that doesn’t mean it gets attention any sooner than a live tree would.

This year, for whatever reason, I have not decorated as I would normally.  Things are slow to get put out and now, since Christmas is almost upon us, those that are not out, probably will stay in the plastic tote this year.  Every now and then, a little simplicity may be called for.  Here are some pictures of my tree and another decoration.
