Yum! I made pumpkin soup for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Got me nicely through a bout of bronchitis. Seems like the same basic recipe, except I used Texas Pete Sauce instead of cayenne. Will have to try it with Bleu Cheese and bacon crumbles next time!

Wow , what a great story! One has to wonder if he was only 7 1/2 lb’s before Turkey Day though lol. I still remember being so surprised that Brady didn’t weigh at least 18 lbs. He was so little. And I was so ‘not’.

You have a good voice for TV and radio.”

Yeah. Maybe. Interestingly, the next bar down was South and colored almost entirely. That I’d believe.

Born and raised Washingtonian. Mother’s family from West-by-God-Virginia. Heavy language use influence from my Dad’s side - all from the Richmond area. Lived a good while in Texas, have been with DH-from-WV nearly 30 years, and have been in north-western Virginia for 20 years.

Yeah, I probably could be from anywhere.

But you’d never mistake me for being from Boston.

Congrats to your son! Mine went on an overnight and decided that he doesn’t want to be a Vet after all and is going into engineering. He grew up wanting to be a vet, but his brain is more altered for engineering. Glad he found out, by himself, now. His dad and I kind of knew a few years ago but wanted him to do what was best for him.

You need a new camera? Depends on how much you want to spend and how compact you want it. I really like my Casio Exilim. I have a 7.2MP but they come in 10.2 I think. They are $90-150 I believe. There are also Nikon SLRs the D40 I think you can get for $400 or so.
