The Beginning of February

I am a bit behind on my posting about the wonderful, art-filled activities going on in my life.  On February 4th, I went to an opening of an exhibit for a dear friend.  His exhibit is at the 213 Cooperative Gallery in Binghamton.  Below are some shots from the opening.

Should you be in the area, the exhibit goes through February 28th.  Times the gallery is open can be found on its web site.

That looks fabulous… I keep telling hubby that we need to do more art based activities, even with the kids. We’ve got so many museums (big and small) that we need to get to in our area.

Corinne – I go to several art things a month. Both Binghamton – where this gallery is – and other towns in the area have Friday or Saturday Art Walks. I also did a thing called Art Trail in October which was very cool as 53 artists opened their studios to the public. I could only do one day out of four (two weekends) but had a blast!
