It’s a familiar “thread” to read about whiners. And, it brings to mind the “other half” of that discussion – the self-entitled. how many times have we had this conversation, in one way or another?

You know that I agree wholeheartedly.

I find it very difficult to garner any level of sympathy for many (probably most) of these people – and I do not want my tax dollars diverted to bail their little butts out. I have even less sympathy for the mortgage companies that lacked the business sense to just say, “I don’t think so.”

We need to learn to live within our means, learn the value of a dollar, and learn the satisfaction that comes from earning what we acquire.

It’s time for the politicians to say, “Buck up, folks. Let’s talk reality.”
